This year’s vintage, fresh and very fruity. It is mainly produced with varieties indigenous to Majorca, which gives them a unique personality set apart from the rest. Novell Negre: made with Callet, Manto Negro, Tempranillo and Cabernet varieties. Novell Rosat: made with Callet, Manto Negro, Tempranillo and Merlot varieties. Novell Blanc: made with Premsal, Macabeo and Chardonnay. Excellent for drinking right after the harvest.
